The Customer Marketing Coordinator position requires a full-time work schedule (M-F), experience in general marketing, customer success storytelling, event organization, project execution, or related experience through full-time work or internships, strong project management skills with experience using tools like Asana, Notion, or Trello, exceptional interpersonal skills including relationship-building, active listening, clear communication, empathy, and teamwork, a collaborative mindset, and excellent coordination and organizational abilities. Bonus points are given for experience in data tracking and analysis, maintaining data hygiene, customer success, content creation, or familiarity with Salesforce.
The Customer Marketing Coordinator will run third-party review generation efforts for AdRoll and RollWorks on various platforms, support the development of customer success case studies, assist in tracking and managing the customer advocate pipeline, develop integrated customer advocacy content to enhance Sales, Customer Success, and Account Management interactions, collaborate with internal teams to coordinate Customer-related event marketing logistics, and build and maintain relationships with customers to foster a strong network of brand advocates.
