Candidates should possess 8-12 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record in new-age business, client relations, and operational efficiency. A strong technical background in AI/ML data workflows and operations is advantageous. Strategic thinking, leadership skills, and experience in managing full P&L responsibility for projects are required.
The Delivery Manager will own full P&L responsibility for assigned projects, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and quality standards, partnering with Account Delivery DRI to create work plans and manage client expectations. They will lead weekly client reviews, foster long-term relationships, implement and iterate on project SOPs, design and monitor KPIs, create reusable frameworks, lead and mentor project teams, collaborate with Horizontal Program Managers and fulfillment teams, and communicate technical concepts to stakeholders. Additionally, they will deep dive into multimodal data annotation processes to ensure data integrity and collaborate with ML engineering teams to optimize annotation guidelines.
