Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in project controls
  • Preferred experience on occupied building renovations and Federal/MEP projects
  • BA or BS degree in a construction, architecture, or engineering related field (preferred, but waived for 10 years of construction administration experience)
  • OSHA 30 and USACE QCM Certification (must be obtained after hire)
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, and Industry Project software packages including: Microsoft Project, Primavera, AutoCADD, Revit, Prolog, E-builder, P6, etc
  • Excellent communication skills with field and office personnel

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain detailed construction planning schedules
  • Manage and maintain project support documents (RFIs, submittals, change orders, punch-lists)
  • Integrate government vendor schedules with general contractor schedules
  • Provide administrative functions and client advisory roles
  • Draft recommended responses and actions for COR, analyze submittals, manage submittal workflow and distribution, and maintain logs of all submittals
  • Maintain at the job site a current marked set of working drawing prints and specifications
  • Analyze project-related information, communicate project status, and prepare programmatic information
  • Coordinate with architects and engineers to create design and construction documents
  • Attend weekly progress meetings
  • Assess, process, and maintain records of all contract related correspondence in E-Builder platform
