Thriveworks is seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide telehealth sessions in Washington, DC. As a clinician-founded national private practice group operating in 48 states, our mission is to help people live happy, successful lives. Requirements

• Licensure: Must hold one of the following independent licenses in Washington, DC:
  • LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor)
  • LMHC (Licensed Mental Health Counselor)
  • LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist)
  • LICSW (Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker)
  • Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD or PsyD)
• Residency: Must be licensed and living in Washington, DC.
• Commitment: Willingness to see a minimum of 25 sessions per week.
• Collaboration: A true partnership mentality and enjoyment of being part of a team for professional development.
• Adaptability: Behavioral Health Generalists open to seeing couples and/or children.
• Initiative: Self-guided determination to complete notes within 24 hours.
• Character: Strong character with integrity, honesty, adaptability, and a focus on quality of care.
• Leadership Potential: Candidates looking to grow into leadership roles/supervisors are encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth sessions to clients.
• Collaborate with team members for professional growth.
• Maintain high standards of care and integrity.

Compensation

• Up to $118,600, depending on licensure, sessions, and bonus opportunities.
