Responsibilities

  • Utilize software like SAP and Primavera P6 to input financial forecast data and provide analysis
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, defining activities, work breakdown structures, predecessors, successors, resources, and baselines
  • Assist the project manager in preparing business cases, contingency releases, and managing project budgets within established governance rules
  • Monitor and update cash flow projections to ensure financial success
  • Analyze and report on project cost and schedule variances
  • Create and maintain spreadsheets for reporting and analysis purposes
  • Track the progress of activities and milestones in project schedules
  • Support contract execution and administration, including change orders, accruals, and validation
  • Collaborate with project team members and stakeholders through meetings and calls
  • Help the project manager hold team members accountable for their action items
  • Prepare and deliver timely updates to the project manager and analyst supervisor
  • Keep stakeholders informed of project developments through meeting minutes, action logs, and status reports
  • Assist the project team in identifying, resolving, and tracking risks
  • Escalate risks and issues to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget
