Responsibilities

Utilize software like SAP and Primavera P6 to input financial forecast data and provide analysis
Develop and maintain project schedules, defining activities, work breakdown structures, predecessors, successors, resources, and baselines
Assist the project manager in preparing business cases, contingency releases, and managing project budgets within established governance rules
Monitor and update cash flow projections to ensure financial success
Analyze and report on project cost and schedule variances
Create and maintain spreadsheets for reporting and analysis purposes
Track the progress of activities and milestones in project schedules
Support contract execution and administration, including change orders, accruals, and validation
Collaborate with project team members and stakeholders through meetings and calls
Help the project manager hold team members accountable for their action items
Prepare and deliver timely updates to the project manager and analyst supervisor
Keep stakeholders informed of project developments through meeting minutes, action logs, and status reports
Assist the project team in identifying, resolving, and tracking risks
Escalate risks and issues to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget
