Requirements

  • Título profesional en Ingeniería Comercial o Civil Industrial
  • Sólida formación financiera y de manejo de proyectos
  • Más de 5 años en roles estratégicos/comerciales en industrias complejas (Farmacéutica, Retail, Alimentos, Minería)
  • Experiencia en procesos de gestión del cambio
  • Deseable experiencia en roles de Supply Chain y Control de Gestión
  • Inglés y español fluido (oral y escrito)
  • Experiencia en Metodologías, Control y Manejo de Proyectos
  • Conocimiento y experiencia en el área Financiera
  • Disponibilidad para viajes dentro del país

Responsibilities

  • Supervisar el desempeño Comercial y asegurar alineación con prioridades estratégicas de las Unidades de Negocio en relación a procesos claves
  • Desarrollar e implementar planes estratégicos basados en información relevante de mercado de estas Unidades de Negocio
  • Colaborar con equipos multifuncionales para ejecución de proyectos, que permitan garantizar los indicadores claves de las Unidades de Negocio
  • Reportar KPI’s y recomendaciones estratégicas al GM de la División y responsables de Negocio, para la toma de decisiones de corto y largo plazo
  • Identificar áreas de mejora en los procesos transversales de las UN y definir e implementar soluciones escalables, fomentando una cultura de mejora continua
  • Documentar el proceso de gestión de proyectos, fomentando el uso de herramientas e informes de gestión de proyectos, para la eficacia de los Equipos y/o encargados de procesos
  • Apoyar el proceso de planificación financiera y presupuestaria, con definición de metodologías adecuadas para garantizar proyecciones adecuadas y cumplimiento de presupuesto
