Requirements

  • 3-4 years of relevant work experience (experience as an educator or working with government schools in Odisha is an added advantage)
  • Fluent in Odia (spoken and written)
  • Strong collaborative mindset with ability to build and maintain relationships with various stakeholders
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage a variety of tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent ability to document information from multiple sources and present it in a consumable format in English and Odia
  • Comfortable working with data – skilled at working with data, identifying trends, drawing evidence-based conclusions, analyzing qualitative insights, and adjusting partnership plans

Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation of the Khan Academy learning platform across government schools
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with administration officials (nodal officers, state resource persons, district-level officers, block-level officers)
  • Regularly conduct field visits (8-10/month) and 10-15 calls with the middle layer to observe and understand program implementation
  • Ensure all state discussions are documented in a standard format and keep key stakeholders (internal and external) in the loop
  • Build learning muscle by analyzing qualitative feedback from state systems
  • Collaborate with Khan Academy India teams (Content, Partner Operations, Teacher Professional Development, Data and Efficacy) for timely and successful program delivery
  • Provide any other support as needed for the program
