Requirements

  • Prior experience in a Project Support or Project Administration role, ideally within engineering, construction, or professional services
  • Strong document control skills and experience preparing technical documentation
  • Experience preparing or assisting with contract documents (exposure to AS2124 highly regarded)
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word—styles/templates, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and proofreading capability
  • Strong numerical skills and the ability to work with complex equations or technical information
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks across multiple projects

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and format project correspondence including letters, minutes, reports and technical documentation
  • Coordinate document control activities, including filing, version management, and archiving of project records
  • Assist in the preparation of month-end payment certificates and contract administration tasks
  • Support the development, compilation, and coordination of technical documents, specifications, and contracts
  • Provide general administrative assistance including travel bookings, diary coordination, event coordination and team support
  • Assist with internal office administration including greeting visitors, answering calls, and supporting broader Corporate Services when required
