Requirements

The Programs Supervisor must have experience supervising staff, including onboarding, task delegation, coaching, and performance evaluations. They should be able to monitor performance, enter goals, conduct progress check-ins, and document performance concerns. Managers are also expected to lead staff in a manner consistent with Christian values, including praying with staff, leading devotionals, and fostering a Christian environment. Responsibilities

The Programs Supervisor will provide leadership and oversight for refugee and immigrant services, ensuring high-quality, trauma-informed programming that meets funder requirements and client goals. This role involves supervising caseworkers and program staff, coordinating service delivery, maintaining compliance, and representing the organization with community partners. Responsibilities include monitoring daily work activities, tracking and approving timesheets, monitoring performance, and entering staff information into HRIS. They will oversee program implementation, monitor client caseloads, conduct case file reviews, review and approve client assistance expenditures, track client enrollment and outcomes, and prepare required reports. The supervisor will also provide guidance for escalated client situations, develop and refine program guidelines, and provide technical assistance with case management databases.
