Job Description

What You Will Do:

As an important member of our Supply Trading team, your primary role will involve overseeing the performance of deals within your portfolio. You will report to the VP of Audience Strategy. Your responsibilities will involve accessing and using the Supply Side platforms of our diverse SSP partners to enhance campaign effectiveness, all while prioritizing the completion of client Goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the execution, testing, and optimization of private marketplace deals.
  • Work with the internal sales team to provide the best service to clients.
  • Provide insights on enhancing campaign effectiveness through the curation platform's functionality.
  • Develop reports, including campaign recaps, and analyze campaign performance, offering optimization recommendations.
  • Help troubleshoot and facilitate communication within the team to ensure smooth campaign execution.
  • Help manage the Jira ticketing process, ensuring all tasks and issues are tracked and resolved.
  • Collaborate with the team to contribute to the development of supply side trading best practices and offer ideas for improvement.

Qualifications

  • Must be located in New York and able to work in office 3+ times a week.
  • At least 3+ years of hands-on programmatic trading experience.
  • Experience managing campaigns in DV360, Amazon, or Yahoo.
  • Experience working with ad exchanges, aggregators, ad servers, and other optimization platforms.
  • Familiarity with the Programmatic Supply Chain.
  • Ability to find creative solutions within complex technical constraints.
  • Capability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
  • Proficiency in spreadsheets, with the ability to organize data and extract actionable insights using pivot tables, lookup tables, and more.
