Minimum 3 years of experience in Program Control Services
Expert proficiency in Program Control Services
Experience with Delivery Operations Control (good to have)
Strong understanding of project management methodologies and frameworks
Proficient in using project management software and tools for tracking and reporting
Ability to analyze project data and provide insights for decision-making
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams
Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert (SME)

Responsibilities

Deliver business and technology outcomes for assigned program, project, or contracted service
Leverage standard tools, methodologies, and processes to deliver, monitor, and control service level agreements
Collaborate and manage the team to perform
Responsible for team decisions
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions
Provide solutions to problems for immediate team and across multiple teams
Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives
Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as necessary to keep projects on track
Develop and maintain project documentation to ensure transparency and accountability
