Candidates should have demonstrated success in cross-functional digital program management, ideally in the K-12 education technology and/or academic research space, and possess exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills, both oral and written, are required, along with the ability to synthesize complex ideas and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
As the Program Manager, Research, you will drive the execution of strategic research projects with multiple workstreams and resources, manage relationships with philanthropic organizations, school districts, and research partners, monitor project performance and reporting progress to stakeholders, identify potential project challenges and propose solutions, and develop standard templates and streamline processes to enhance consistency and scalability.

The platform includes tools for curriculum planning, student assignments, assessment, and analytics. It offers both free and premium versions, with the free version providing essential features and the premium version, Kiddom Academy, offering advanced analytics and reporting tools. Schools and districts can subscribe to the premium services for a fee, which allows them to access more comprehensive features for managing educational data. The platform is available on iOS and Android, enabling teachers to plan and assess learning from anywhere.
