Requirements
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in business, operations, or a related field and have at least 6 years of experience in program management, operations, or a similar role. Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail are essential, along with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. The ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion is required, as well as the capability to work in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities. Experience in the autonomous vehicle or technology industries, familiarity with corporate governance and executive reporting, and extensive experience with Google Suite, Keynote, Confluence, and Jira are considered bonus qualifications.
Responsibilities
As Program Manager for Executive Operations, you will support executive operations by managing calendars, coordinating and facilitating meetings, and ensuring smooth execution of governance processes. You will lead and manage cross-functional projects to enhance operational efficiency, establish scalable processes, and streamline workflows by creating templates, dashboards, and reports to track progress and enhance visibility. Additionally, you will develop and maintain Confluence pages to centralize knowledge and improve documentation, assist in project coordination by tracking key milestones and ensuring alignment across teams, facilitate training and rollout of operational resources across the company, and support quarterly and annual planning processes to ensure seamless coordination across business functions.
