Candidates should have 4+ years of experience in website operations, program management, or a related role, along with a solid understanding of website development processes, content management systems, and digital best practices. Strong technical understanding of website development processes and MarTech ecosystems are required, as well as experience working with distributed teams across multiple time zones.
As a Technical Program Manager, Websites & MarTech, you will oversee website operations and workflow management, ensuring projects and updates are efficiently driven. You will manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and contractors, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to timelines. This role involves optimizing website development and content processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to improve efficiency, partnering with internal teams to align priorities, coordinate work, and streamline execution, and collaborating with engineering, data, and MarTech teams to define technical solutions, integrations, and platform improvements. You will also identify and mitigate cross-team risks, blockers, and dependencies to ensure on-time delivery, track and report on project progress, risks, and performance metrics, maintain project tools and systems, develop and refine standard operating procedures, and assist in budget planning and resource allocation for outsourced work and vendor engagements.
