Responsibilities

Partner with engineering and product management to align program execution with business goals, technical requirements, resource capacity, and product roadmaps
Communicate program status, risks, and mitigation plans to senior leadership with clarity and transparency, enabling informed decision-making
Champion continuous improvement efforts to optimize processes, enhance team productivity, and support scalable program delivery across the business unit
Foster strong cross-functional relationships across Product, Engineering, and Go-to-Market organizations to enable seamless partnership
