Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in a comparable technical Program or Project Management role, following a proven background of 10+ years in technical or engineering positions
  • Excellent understanding of software development life cycle and methodologies
  • Strong background in Software and/or Hardware development, with the ability to actively participate and contribute to technical discussions, decisions, and problem-solving
  • Strong leadership skills, an independent problem solver, and excellent communication/team-working abilities in a fast-paced, multi-site environment
  • Proven proficiency in agile development methods
  • Experience or familiarity with Cellular standards (e.g., 4G/5G) – an advantage
  • Education: B.Sc in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent

Responsibilities

  • Release Management: Lead and coordinate all release activities, ensuring alignment with PLM/customer expectations and internal R&D considerations
  • Planning & Execution: Take responsibility in the end-to-end planning and execution of multiple R&D activities and the product development cycle
  • Coordination & Problem Solving: Coordinate efforts between different teams, identify and proactively remove roadblocks, and provide necessary mitigations
  • Strategy & Roadmap: Play a key role in defining the organizational roadmap and managing stakeholder/executive expectations
  • Process Improvement: Evolve and improve current release and development processes to enhance efficiency and quality
