Program Manager at Long View Systems

The Program Manager will lead the implementation of the Dynamics ERP solution, managing multiple IT programs to ensure alignment of scope, schedule, and budget. Responsibilities include developing detailed work plans, schedules, estimates, resource plans, and status reports, conducting risk analysis, and monitoring progress. The role involves supporting clients with project planning and program management, guiding project teams, analyzing and documenting requirements, and collaborating with stakeholders, business units, and vendors to deliver objectives on time and within budget. The Program Manager will also manage multiple client-facing projects simultaneously, maintain SOW/SOR margins, perform Earned Value Analysis, develop quality assurance processes, support business justification and contract negotiations, provide oversight on project portfolios, facilitate program communications, implement continuous improvement practices, and manage change control routines.
