Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in real estate, Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
5–8 years of experience in real estate project management
Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex project portfolios
Strong communication skills in Mandarin and English (both written and verbal)
Excellent organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills
Experience working with enterprise clients and international-standard projects is a plus
Familiarity with project management tools and design software is advantageous

Responsibilities

Oversee and coordinate multiple real estate projects to ensure smooth execution and delivery
Act as the central point of contact between clients and internal project teams
Collaborate with Project Managers to convey key project information, updates, and risks to clients
Monitor project progress, timelines, and budgets across the portfolio
Ensure consistent communication and reporting to enterprise clients
Identify and resolve issues that may impact project delivery
Support procurement strategies and contract management as needed
Facilitate project reviews, documentation, and handover processes
