Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in real estate, Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
  • 5–8 years of experience in real estate project management
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex project portfolios
  • Strong communication skills in Mandarin and English (both written and verbal)
  • Excellent organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working with enterprise clients and international-standard projects is a plus
  • Familiarity with project management tools and design software is advantageous

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate multiple real estate projects to ensure smooth execution and delivery
  • Act as the central point of contact between clients and internal project teams
  • Collaborate with Project Managers to convey key project information, updates, and risks to clients
  • Monitor project progress, timelines, and budgets across the portfolio
  • Ensure consistent communication and reporting to enterprise clients
  • Identify and resolve issues that may impact project delivery
  • Support procurement strategies and contract management as needed
  • Facilitate project reviews, documentation, and handover processes
