Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant work experience preferably within supply chain and services in healthcare industry
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written
  • Knowledgeable about medical device or healthcare technology

Responsibilities

  • Manage the planning and implementation of assigned projects including defining business case and project scope, developing detailed plans and schedules, monitoring progress against schedule, identifying potential risks or issues early on so appropriate action can be taken quickly if needed
  • Coordinate efforts between team members such as engineers, repair operations, suppliers etc., to ensure successful execution of each phase of the project life cycle
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders (internal & external) regarding status updates related to their specific initiatives
  • Monitor budgets closely to avoid overspending and keep costs under control
  • Collaborate with internal departments like finance/RAQA/procurement/legal/HR to streamline processes and resolve any issues that may arise
