Requirements

  • 5+ years of technical experience
  • 2+ years of management experience
  • Work experience preferably in the area of project management, technical business analysis and customer success
  • Knowledge of software delivery and customer success processes, workflows and terminology
  • Experience coordinating multiple business functions to resolve client issues and develop new services and solutions
  • Ability to identify the business needs driving client requests and translate requests into a compelling product or service offering
  • Fluent in technology delivery processes
  • Fluent in advertising (paid search, display, sponsored listings, etc.)
  • Fluent in support operations like SQL, ZenDesk, SFDC - able to identify trends and solutions
  • Broad experience in data management and technical basics
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Self-motivator with strong work ethic and the ability to multitask
  • Organized with outstanding attention to detail
  • Desire to be a part of the fast-paced, high energy entrepreneurial experience
  • Excel at all levels of partner engagement
  • Expert ability to manage multiple work streams simultaneously under tight deadlines

Responsibilities

  • Oversees partner relationships regarding program management, feature development, testing, integration
  • Plan, oversee and document all aspects of the specific program(s) you are working on
  • Work across the organization to make sure that the scope and direction of each program is on schedule and all stakeholders know the current status
  • Analyze data and make decisions that affect your programs(s) on a regular basis
  • Work across internal teams at Koddi to resolve issues — be the glue and get things done for a partner
  • Work closely with the delivery teams to help us bring new products and solutions to market
  • Run partner program QBRs
  • Partner with customers on program strategy and alignment to client’s core business
  • Be a partner champion - the face of Koddi for your partners and the face of the partner for Koddi
  • Work closely with customers to grow their programs by increasing advertiser adoption and improving performance
  • Coordinates and leads daily team activities
  • Assists with management decisions and activities
