Requirements

  • Bachelor degree or above, majored in Engineering
  • Above 3 years’ working experience in the program management field, automotive experience is preferred
  • Familiar with VAVE
  • Be proactive and self-driven, high responsibility and ownership
  • Sensitive about Finance Data
  • Experience in Strong Matrix of program management
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Fluent English in Written and Oral
  • Familiar with personal computing software (i.e. MS WORD, MS EXCEL, MS PROJECT, MS POWERPOINT)
  • Familiar with automotive industry process and tools such as IATF16949, APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA etc
  • Program management experiences with automobile OEMs

Responsibilities

  • Plan, schedule, conduct, or coordinate detailed phases of a project
  • Deal with customer interface during the whole project development phase
  • Lead cross functional teams in the efforts of managing project finance
  • Lead a new product launches flawless from business awarded to 3 months after customer SOP (Small-Outline package)
  • Manage customer deliverables to make sure all of customer key deliverables on schedule
  • Understand risks associated with complex science and engineering solution alternatives in addition to business related risks
  • Capable of independently identifying risk mitigation alternatives
  • Be Innovative with new approaches to problems, systems, or situation
  • Comply with internal control requirements, Health & Safety and Aptiv Business Process
