Requirements

Candidates must possess over 10 years of experience in financial operations or payment processing, with demonstrated experience in cryptocurrency operations and blockchain transactions. A proven track record of developing and improving financial operations processes, experience with settlement systems and reconciliation procedures, and knowledge of regulatory requirements for financial transactions are essential. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, proficiency in financial reporting tools and database management, and experience with workflow optimization and process improvement are also required, along with exceptional problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

The Finance Operations Lead will identify and implement solutions for operational inefficiencies, documenting and improving standard operating procedures for finance operations. Responsibilities include developing scalable payment operations processes, verifying customer deposits and trust minting operations, and implementing risk controls by monitoring swap operations and verifying stablecoin transactions. The role also involves developing transaction reporting systems, managing daily settlement processes, monitoring wire transfers, calculating daily NAV, and generating transaction fees reports. Additionally, the lead will own the end-to-end settlement process, manage fiat on/off ramp operations, and collaborate with exchange partners to optimize processes and troubleshoot issues.
