Requirements

BA/BS in a related field and minimum of 3 years experience in external client facing program management (or any combination of education and experience providing an equivalent background)
Must be within a reasonable commuting distance from Cleveland, OH or Columbus, OH (unless accommodation granted as required by law)
Hybrid work requiring in-office presence 1-2 days per week

Responsibilities

Manage the development, approval, implementation, and compliance of ongoing external client-facing programs
Ensure programs meet stated objectives and provide subject matter expertise on day-to-day business issues
Research applicable subject matter practices, remain aware of industry trends, and integrate best practices and innovative solutions into program offerings
Manage relationships and partner with corporate and regional business areas
Coordinate training related to external client-facing programs
Develop program success measures and perform periodic assessments of program success
Establish and maintain partnerships to enhance program execution and success
Recommend improvements based on periodic assessments
Oversee program management responsibilities for state regulatory reporting
Manage state escalated and ad-hoc deliverables to ensure timely resolution
Oversee administrative duties for managing staff access to state systems
