Requirements

  • BA/BS in a related field and minimum of 3 years experience in external client facing program management (or any combination of education and experience providing an equivalent background)
  • Must be within a reasonable commuting distance from Cleveland, OH or Columbus, OH (unless accommodation granted as required by law)
  • Hybrid work requiring in-office presence 1-2 days per week

Responsibilities

  • Manage the development, approval, implementation, and compliance of ongoing external client-facing programs
  • Ensure programs meet stated objectives and provide subject matter expertise on day-to-day business issues
  • Research applicable subject matter practices, remain aware of industry trends, and integrate best practices and innovative solutions into program offerings
  • Manage relationships and partner with corporate and regional business areas
  • Coordinate training related to external client-facing programs
  • Develop program success measures and perform periodic assessments of program success
  • Establish and maintain partnerships to enhance program execution and success
  • Recommend improvements based on periodic assessments
  • Oversee program management responsibilities for state regulatory reporting
  • Manage state escalated and ad-hoc deliverables to ensure timely resolution
  • Oversee administrative duties for managing staff access to state systems
