Requirements

  • 5 years of medical or operational logistics experience preferred
  • Experience with medical simulation preferred
  • Healthcare background and knowledge of military combat casualty care preferred
  • BS/BA in Business, Healthcare/Sciences, Human Services or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 2-3 years’ experience in program coordination on research programs to include clinical trials, experience with federally funded contracts or grants desired
  • 2-3 years’ experience in staff management
  • 2-3 years of project analysis, reporting, and budget planning in complex organization-level initiatives; preferably in a healthcare setting
  • Demonstrate competence in written and oral communication
  • Must be flexible with changing priorities and able to communicate in a diplomatic and professional manner

Responsibilities

  • Organize and execute realistic simulations of casualty care scenarios with multiple patients and providers with support from clinical partners
  • Manage and organize data collection from a variety of sensors in field training environments
  • Maintain and update technical reports on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
  • May require irregular hours to support data collections in military field environments
  • Liaison with large teams to include program staff at various Military Treatment Facilities
  • Accountable for ensuring effective communication among stakeholders and program staff
  • Coordinate with Principal Investigators and Program Managers in maintaining several program management tools that support stakeholder communications, quality management, and schedule and performance monitoring
  • Responsible for the organization, prioritization, and coordination of a moderate to high volume of complex work in support of the program
  • Work in collaboration with the Program Manager and other program staff to help implement the program’s objectives in support of identified goals and the continuous improvement process
