Requirements

  • A minimum of a two-year technical or business degree
  • CE/EE Associates or AAS in Management preferred
  • Less than one (1) year of related experience required; one (1) or more years preferred
  • 1 year of direct engineering support experience desirable
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key job accountabilities

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative assistance to Program Managers (PMs) and Customer Focus Team (CFT) to enable focus on delivery
  • Prepare internal and customer-facing data analysis, reports, metrics, visual graphs, and tools in support of delivery objectives
  • Assist with preparation of customer presentation materials for customer visits and business reviews
  • Help coordinate and prepare for on-site customer events in coordination with Customer Experience Team
  • Execute daily tactical tasks related to delivery, such as running on-time delivery (OTD) reports, backlog and revenue/shipment reports, raw materials and finished goods shipments, FIA & NREs recovery, and potentially support APQP
  • Perform basic CRG communication with customer and coordination with CFT
  • Daily customer interface for POs, commitment dates on orders, customer queries and requests
  • May work on cNPS activities
  • Supports Program Managers with daily tactical and administrative activities, liaising with the Customer Focus Team (CFT), Plexus functional areas, and junior customer representatives
