Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree, with a Master's degree being a plus. A minimum of 5+ years of experience in Enterprise software implementation or scoping, with a focus on integrations, data migrations, technology consulting, project management, or customer management is required. Professional Services and/or presales experience of 3+ years is preferred. Experience in sales, including upselling, cross-selling, change orders, or solution best practices, is necessary. Excellent business and technical presentation, communication (oral & written), and relationship-building skills are essential. Experience with scoping, drafting, and presenting services options and SOWs, as well as responding to RFPs and co-scoping services with third-party providers, is also required. Technical writing experience is preferred.
The Professional Services Solutions Consultant will support the sale of Professional Services offerings, particularly those focused on product integrations, migrations, and customizations. They will partner with sales and professional services teams to bridge the gap between sales cycle commitments and service delivery. Responsibilities include architecting best practice strategies tailored to customer business needs, solving customer business problems through design and analysis, and transferring processes into technology. The role involves scoping and prescribing Professional Services offerings to drive adoption and services revenue, positioning Procore's Professional Services through value-based selling, and uncovering business opportunities through discovery and research. Creating SOWs and Amendments, supporting team members on complex discovery related to integrations and data migrations, and collaborating with Account Executives, Account Managers, Customer Success Engineers, and Services Delivery partners are key duties. Assisting sales on new business opportunities by building proposals for RFPs and supporting sales meetings are also part of the role.
