Requirements

Candidates should have previous experience with MFT products and/or scripting, programming experience, and strong organizational and communication skills. CISSP and/or additional security certifications are preferred, along with Linux and Windows experience, and SQL experience with major vendors. Cloud and containerization experience are helpful, as is IBM experience. A strong ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights is also required.

Responsibilities

The Professional Services Consultant will provide world-class solutions to customers and prospects by performing training, delivering professional services for product implementations, and conducting product demos and proof-of-concepts. Responsibilities also include determining training and consulting needs, generating quotes and statements of work, enhancing the customer experience, providing feedback to R&D, traveling regionally for client implementations, posting articles to the knowledge base, and maintaining a professional demeanor with high integrity and customer service.
