Experience and knowledge of ReSupply Connect product
Minimum of 4 years of Consulting/Implementation experience
Minimum of 4 years in Healthcare/Implementation experience
Knowledge of software implementations, system workflows, and implementation best practices
Experience with Implementation methodologies and user experience testing
Acute listening skills for analytical ability in change management and implementing best practices for technical software
Ability to communicate effectively over the phone or in person
Experience developing training materials and product reference documentation for healthcare software
Ability to manage customer expectations and drive project results
Demonstrable success in previous roles with high level of consulting services
Understanding of software as a service (SaaS) web-based technologies and applications
Experience implementing and/or training on Brightree applications
Familiarity with Software as a Service (SaaS) applications and performance criteria
Ability to travel 25% domestically
Quick learner, self-directed, motivated, with strong dedication and commitment
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, project-oriented environment with minimal supervision
Exceptional consultative and communication skills with keen attention to detail

Responsibilities

Assist in the successful implementation of the ReSupply Connect product to new and existing Brightree customers, including consulting, system configuration, training, training materials development, and team/customer communications
Provide remote/onsite implementation and training services related to Brightree ReSupply Connect implementations
Research, diagnose, and resolve basic/complex customer questions or problems on site, over the telephone, or through electronic communication
Drive working sessions with customers to understand and document business and technical requirements for ReSupply Connect functionality
Provide status updates to management using standard reporting tools
Manage customer escalations through appropriate Brightree channels
Analyze, troubleshoot, and document software issues reported by customers on-site and remotely
Track and report product defects to Support for appropriate resolution
Successfully transition live customers to standard support process
Provide feedback to Product Management and Development regarding product enhancements
