Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on technical background with primary emphasis on IT Operations or Professional Services delivery
  • Demonstrated Python and Javascript experience, especially within AWS Lambda and automation/scripting contexts
  • Knowledge and ability to interact with common SaaS and traditional software APIs (REST, SOAP, WS), webhooks for integration development
  • Hands-on technical background using AWS services (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, API Gateway, DynamoDB, IAM)
  • Currently authorized to work in Australia on a full-time basis
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Deep technical knowledge with ITSM tools like ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy (ServiceNow Admin, Scripting, GScript/Rhino, Studio)
  • Knowledge of infrastructure as code and DevOps SRE toolchains (GitHub, Terraform, Chef, Artifactory, JFrog, Nomad, Consul, Vault)
  • Understanding of monitoring systems (DataDog, Dynatrace, Nagios, New Relic, Splunk, Zabbix)
  • Advanced scripting abilities (Python, Javascript, Go, Ruby, Perl) and fundamental knowledge of Linux

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end implementation processes from design to delivery, including custom integrations, service modeling, and provisioning of users, teams, services, schedules, and escalation policies
  • Partner with customers to design and build integrations that provide seamless platform implementations and awesome customer experiences
  • Develop and establish methodologies and repeatable processes to ensure successful implementations every time
  • Manage multiple simultaneous customer engagements while identifying potential roadblocks and providing thoughtful solutions
  • Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to stakeholders ranging from DevOps engineers to C-level executives across business and technical backgrounds
