Candidates need a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, at least seven years of progressive design experience in HVAC, plumbing, and piping systems for commercial/industrial facilities, and registration as a Professional Engineer (PE). Additional requirements include experience with energy modeling, load calculations, sizing ductwork/piping, RFP responses, and construction administration.
You will work alongside a multi-disciplined team of Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, and Structural) and Architecture professionals on diverse projects.
Strong candidates will have extensive experience modeling and designing HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems for industrial/commercial facilities, plus skills in energy modeling, load analysis, equipment sizing, RFP responses, and construction administration.
