Production Worker at Westlake

The pay rate is $19.99 per hour plus a $2.00 per hour shift differential for night shift. New employees are eligible for a $1,000 sign-on bonus.

This is a full-time rotating 12-hour shift position (7:00am-7:00pm or 7:00pm-7:00am), working 3-4 shifts per week with a 3-day weekend every other week in a fast-paced manufacturing facility. Mobility to cover both North and South Plant facilities is required.

Required skills include ability to count, do basic math, read a tape measure, listen to and follow instructions, and problem-solving. Mechanical interests and knowledge of power/hand tools are a plus, along with physical ability to stand, bend, walk for long periods, and lift up to 100 lbs frequently.

Strong candidates can handle physical demands like lifting 100 lbs, standing for long periods, and working rotating 12-hour shifts in a noisy manufacturing environment while maintaining safety, quality monitoring, housekeeping, and following instructions effectively.
