Requirements

Ability to operate, monitor, and make adjustments to manual and automated filling equipment and machines using controls on an electrical control panel (HMI) or manual adjustments
Capability to set-up, load, and replenish production supplies using a powered industrial truck (PIT) at a rate consistent with production needs
Skills in performing minor routine and preventative maintenance, such as alignment adjustments, replacement of machine parts or belts, cleaning, and lubrication, while supporting Total Productive Maintenance (TPM)
Ability to reconcile headcount needed on a per shift basis based on scheduled production demands
Proficiency in performing scheduled quality checks, dispositioning product, identifying deviations, and taking appropriate action, including stopping production if necessary
Capacity to inspect finished product to ensure quality standards are met
Competence in completing batch/code changes, tank changes, and sub lots as needed
Ability to document required information on manufacturing logs and/or POMS system
Skills to investigate, identify, and correct or escalate any inefficiency in the machine’s operation
Calm, positive demeanor in a fast-paced team environment, with ability to move quickly, address questions, encourage teammates, and deliver quality products on time

Responsibilities

Supply, operate, and maintain various equipment in the Fill areas
Perform and document all quality checks for responsible equipment
Inspect product at all times to ensure quality standards
Operate, monitor, and adjust manual and automated filling equipment and machines
Set-up, load, and replenish production supplies using a PIT
Perform minor routine and preventative maintenance on equipment
Reconcile headcount per shift based on production demands
Perform scheduled quality checks, disposition product, and address deviations
Complete batch/code changes, tank changes, and sub lots
