Responsibilities
Work as a helper on one production line in various roles (e.g., Helper, Indexer, Feeder, Packer, Catcher)
Perform various assigned manual labor tasks: grasp, lift, move, place, and stack items relating to production processes
Feed, catch, and monitor continuous operations on one production line
Visually inspect product for quality and quantity
Support quality control programs to ensure production procedures follow best practices of food safety and quality standards
Report all equipment issues to the supervisor or manager as soon as possible
Understand and comply with all safety procedures that apply to daily operations
Work safely and follow proper lock out/tag out procedures where applicable
Maintain a safe and clean environment by adhering to safety policy and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) procedures
Assist with cleaning and sanitation of equipment and environment pre- and post-production
Maintain excellent customer service and positive attitude towards guests, customers, clients, coworkers, etc
Adhere to safety policies and procedures including proper food safety and sanitation
