Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • 6+ months of manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform repetitive physical tasks
  • Basic math, reading, and computer skills
  • Comfortable working overnight hours and occasional overtime
  • Must be able to wear required PPE (safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, uniform, and safety boots)
  • Reliable attendance and commitment to safety and quality standards

Responsibilities

  • Verify battery counts against customer order sheets to eliminate shortages
  • Attach load identification cards to correct pallets and verify customer information
  • Perform decorating line tasks such as labeling, stenciling, painting, and spray operations
  • Assist with machine setup, operation, and cleaning of washing machines, spray booths, and testing equipment
  • Inspect products for appearance and conformance to specifications
  • Train new employees on decorating line procedures
  • Input work orders into Maximo as needed for equipment maintenance
  • Maintain clean and safe work area and participate in High Performance Team (HPT) initiatives
