6+ months of manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform repetitive physical tasks
Basic math, reading, and computer skills
Comfortable working overnight hours and occasional overtime
Must be able to wear required PPE (safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, uniform, and safety boots)
Reliable attendance and commitment to safety and quality standards

Responsibilities

Verify battery counts against customer order sheets to eliminate shortages
Attach load identification cards to correct pallets and verify customer information
Perform decorating line tasks such as labeling, stenciling, painting, and spray operations
Assist with machine setup, operation, and cleaning of washing machines, spray booths, and testing equipment
Inspect products for appearance and conformance to specifications
Train new employees on decorating line procedures
Input work orders into Maximo as needed for equipment maintenance
Maintain clean and safe work area and participate in High Performance Team (HPT) initiatives
