Afgeronde MBO Procestechniek / Operator A of B and/or minimaal 2 jaar recente werkervaring in een productieomgeving, liefst binnen de foodsector
HACCP & voedselveiligheidscursussen gevolgd (certificaten)
Minimaal 2-5 jaar recente ervaring in het aansturen van een team van 5-30 personen
Ervaring met werken met machines en installaties en kunnen kleine storingen zelf herkennen en mogelijk (laten) verhelpen
Kan meedenken over optimalisatie van productieprocessen
Spreken en schrijven vloeiend Nederlands en Engels
In bezit van eigen vervoer
In bezit van een geldig BHV certificaat of bereid deze te behalen
Beschikbaar voor avond/nachtdienst (avond: ma-vr 14:00-23:00; nacht: ma-vr 22:00-07:00) en indien nodig zaterdag

Responsibilities

Zorgen dat iedereen zich aan de Solina hygiene- en veiligheidsregels houdt (dragen van persoonlijke beschermingsmiddelen, enz.)
Uitvoeren van dezelfde taken als een operator, met extra supervisie
Volgen van het productieschema opgesteld door Planning in samenwerking met productiecoördinatoren
Zorgen dat instructies op productieorders worden opgevolgd en geregistreerd
Controleren of informatie op productie- en OF-registratiebladen volledig is
Controleren of regels met betrekking tot allergenenbeheer, traceerbaarheid en HACCP-normen worden nageleefd
Eerste aanspreekpunt voor operators en maintenance bij calamiteiten in avond/nachtdienst
Samen met dag/middag teamleaders zorgen dat productielijnen optimaal draaien
