Associate or Bachelor’s Degree preferred or 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
3-5 years Supervisory experience
Responsibilities
Utilizes knowledge about the assembly, manufacturing methods, techniques, and processes that are required to ensure products conform to established customer and company quality standards to lead the production team
Plans and builds to the daily production work schedule, ensuring production goals are met on a daily basis
Troubleshoots daily problems and communicates all non-conforming situations or events to management. Ensures all documentation is completed to include Non-Conforming Material Reports (NCMRs), logbooks and the Device History Records
Observes to ensure all line set-ups are balanced and operating properly
Coaches and counsels employees who need help improving their job performance
Ensures all Production Teammates are trained to understand procedures and encourages all teammates to maintain all safety standards
Develops, recommends and implements more efficient processes that will increase productivity while maintaining quality standards
Prepares work schedules, assigns work and supports the Distribution Center Manager or Production Manager role
