Responsibilities

Lead and supervise a team of production workers, offering guidance, training, and performance feedback, including engaging in corrective action conversations, to ensure a safe working environment
Strategically plan, coordinate, and oversee daily production activities to meet set targets and deadlines, including strict adherence to established production centerlines
Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams, such as quality control, maintenance, and logistics, to ensure seamless production operations
Enforce and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for Arils manufacturing processes, ensuring uniformity and adherence to quality standards
Monitor and uphold the functionality of equipment, proactively initiating maintenance or repairs as necessary
Effectively manage inventory levels of raw materials and packaging supplies to guarantee uninterrupted production
Ensure strict compliance with health and safety regulations, cultivating a safety-aware culture within the production team, along with collaborating with Quality control team to ensure the production of high-quality products
Observe and enforce safety, GMPs, and Food safety programs and attend appropriate training sessions
Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost savings, and increased efficiency in the production process
Maintain precise production records and reports for review by upper management regarding comprehensive performance tracking and data-driven decision-making
Manage the Arils facility FMDS (floor management development systems) board and conduct daily meetings
Collaborate with the sanitation lead to identify key cleaning areas and implement enhancements to sanitation procedures
Assess required workforce and develop a labor model aligned with production requirements
Support and lead key operational areas (Juice processing, Arils processing, and Sanitation) on a rotational schedule, including flexible shifts during harvest season and night shifts for sanitation
