Requirements

Several years of experience in demanding ICT service production roles
Customer-oriented, business-understanding, and analytical mindset
Mastery of the ITIL framework (certification is an advantage)
Experience in project management
Excellent communication skills and proven success in high-pressure situations
Proficiency in some ICT technologies with a desire to learn more
Fluent in Finnish and English (Swedish is a plus)
Suitable higher education degree is an advantage

Responsibilities

Lead, develop, and build services with the team to meet promises and exceed expectations
Act as the production leader, keeping operations smooth and under control
Lead customer collaboration with service management and serve as the production contact person and face for assigned customers
Ensure timely handling of tickets together with production
Develop CMDB data quality and documentation
Ensure production safety and continuity
Participate in coordinating and resolving critical situations and security incidents
Play a key role in developing the customer's operating methods and production machinery lifecycle
