This is a day shift position that may require weekends or holidays as needed, with on-call availability 24/7 365 as needed. The role is based in a facility, indicating an on-site presence.
The role involves mentoring, coaching, and training production supervisors to develop effective teams, collaborating with the Plant Steering Team on employee engagement, KPIs, and strategies, while participating in coaching, mentoring, and career development to enhance team effectiveness.
Strong candidates have a proven track record in food manufacturing leadership, experience with cost variances, Continuous Improvement/Lean Six Sigma, high-speed manufacturing, Power BI, and the ability to drive safety, change management, and positive employee environments.
