Requirements

Candidates should have 3+ years of graphic design experience, preferably in advertising or media, with expert design skills in typography, color theory, and layout. Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Microsoft and Google Publishing suites, and Google Drive is essential, along with experience in AI art platforms like Midjourney. Strong time management, problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a proactive, detail-oriented approach are also required.

Responsibilities

The Production Designer will create branded presentations for sales and client meetings, partner with the Design team on mocks and infographics, and design evergreen sales materials. They will support the creation of growth marketing assets, conceptualize and design assets for marketing channels and editorial content, and produce materials for promotional events. Responsibilities also include auditing and updating design assets, managing multiple projects, ensuring work adheres to brand guidelines, and improving team workflows.
