Requirements

Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in Creative Operations, DesignOps, or Program Management. A deep knowledge of creative workflows, tools, and production processes is required, along with experience leading cross-functional process design and operational rollouts. Strong communication skills for live trainings, documentation, and stakeholder alignment are necessary, and candidates should be comfortable working across departments and solving technical challenges. Responsibilities

The Head of Creative Operations will design and optimize end-to-end creative workflows to improve speed, quality, and consistency across teams. They will identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, running audits and implementing scalable solutions. This role involves collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Creative leads to develop and roll out tools, templates, and AI-enhanced systems. Responsibilities include defining and maintaining creative services, deliverable specs, and quoting logic across internal platforms, as well as managing estimation tools, budget templates, and project quoting processes. The role also entails creating and maintaining clear documentation, playbooks, and support materials, leading onboarding and training sessions for cross-functional teams, and developing enablement content. Supporting cross-team implementation of new services and tooling, and troubleshooting issues with creative platforms are also key duties.
