Responsibilities

  • Organizing and planning the Coalville main build kits and fabricated components and counting of finished goods
  • Planning Coalville fabrications shortages from the Cookstown road site and through paint and docket receipt/record collection
  • Monitor production progress and prepare status reports for management
  • Support the implementation of quality control procedures and ensure compliance with safety standards
  • Maintain accurate production records, logs, and reports
  • Manage scheduling of meetings and production timelines
  • Organize and maintain filing systems (both digital and hard copy) for all production documentation
  • Prepare correspondence, presentations, and other administrative materials as required for production
  • Act as a point of contact for internal and external queries related to production
  • Co-ordinating continuous improvement documentation and follow-up with relevant teams
