Previous experience in production coordination, project coordination, or a similar administrative role
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and project management software

Responsibilities

Organizing and planning the Coalville main build kits and fabricated components and counting of finished goods
Planning Coalville fabrications shortages from the Cookstown road site and through paint and docket receipt/record collection
Monitor production progress and prepare status reports for management
Support the implementation of quality control procedures and ensure compliance with safety standards
Maintain accurate production records, logs, and reports
Manage scheduling of meetings and production timelines
Organize and maintain filing systems (both digital and hard copy) for all production documentation
Prepare correspondence, presentations, and other administrative materials as required for production
Act as a point of contact for internal and external queries related to production
Co-ordinating continuous improvement documentation and follow-up with relevant teams
