Production and Logistics Optimization Project Manager at Procter & Gamble Company

The monthly salary starts from 200,000 rubles gross, with an annual bonus. Additional benefits include relocation and housing support of 22,000 RUB net/month for those relocating more than 50 km, and a flexible benefit program Flex4Me worth 5,000 RUB gross monthly.

The position is onsite at the P&G factory in Novomoskovsk, Tula Region, Russia. Candidates must be ready for relocation to Novomoskovsk.

Requirements include higher education preferably in a technical field, at least 2 years of relevant project management experience in manufacturing, experience in production optimization and automation projects, good command of English (Upper-Intermediate or higher), strong communication, leadership, analytical capabilities, critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and ability to work in diverse teams.
