  • Clinical/technical expertise: serves as front-line support to surgeons and hospital staff before, during, and after procedures
  • Trains and guides surgeons and hospital staff in Mako robot use, including set-up, breakdown, and intra-operative activities
  • Uses proprietary software for pre-operative CT scans, implant planning, sizing, and positioning
  • Troubleshoots and solves technical issues independently or escalates appropriately
  • Partners effectively with Field Service team for issue resolution and maintenance
  • Builds knowledge of Stryker implants, instrumentation, and mastery of the robot for all case coverage types

Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales results in line with annual sales target and KPI metrics
  • Planning, prioritizing, and executing required activities and customer support
  • Segmentation of sales area, focus on expanding existing customers and supporting growing customers with Sales Team
  • Support/maintenance of existing customers to ensure satisfaction/quality and collaboration with Sales Team and other departments
  • Development of short and medium-term strategies with customers to secure/strengthen Stryker position
  • Market observations to strengthen position and constant analysis of responsible area
  • Address challenges with customers and develop solutions (with support of RSM/Sales Team)
  • Participate in in-house meetings to discuss organizational, development, and business issues; enhance relevant knowledge and skills
  • Administration of IT-based customer database/CRM tool
  • Provides clinical product support to end users and guidance/assistance during Mako surgical procedures
  • Uses customer troubleshooting opportunities to grow and protect the business
  • Grow existing accounts through technical expertise and optimize customer service
  • Promote Hip and Knee products to Orthopaedic Surgeons
