Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Provide support and administration for Value Added Services
  • Collaborate closely with 1st level support to resolve incidents
  • Work with the product team to analyze, prioritize, and address escalated issues
  • Coordinate with other departments as needed to ensure timely incident resolution
  • Support the implementation of new functionalities, including active participation in internal testing
  • Maintain regular communication with stakeholders in English (daily working language)
  • Contribute to product management processes through feedback and collaboration
