Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Biomedical, Pharmacy, Biological Science or a related field
  • Multiple years of experience in diagnostics market or medical devices industry
  • Experience acting as a product trainer for Sales, Service and/or Operations teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
  • Intermediate-level English speaking and writing skills
  • Ability to travel – 10% to Brazil territory

Responsibilities

  • Develop, revise, and review translations of technical marketing materials for publications, advertisements, and internal use
  • Participate in Sales, Operations & Planning (S&OP) processes and manage Excess & Obsolete (E&O) inventory strategy and actions, managing the product lifecycle from launch to obsolescence
  • Provide technical-scientific support and conduct product training for direct and indirect sales teams
  • Communicate and interact with global marketing and participate in global team meetings for product information updates and strategic alignment
  • Visit and develop relationships with customers and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), gathering market insights and contributing to strategic planning and go-to-market strategies
  • Analyze market data to provide insights and support go-to-market strategies, including developing strategic action plans for key indirect channel distributors
