Responsibilities

  • Initiate sales by positioning GE HealthCare technologies and determining the best technical and commercial solutions
  • Promote the commercial value proposition of GE HealthCare technologies
  • Collaborate closely with regional sales, customer sales, and business planning personnel
  • Provide technical support in the ITO (Inquire-To-Order) early stage to increase market penetration (key technical role involving DTI)
  • Expand knowledge of sales areas, product lines, markets, sales processes, or customer groups to execute policies/strategies
  • Continuously develop higher levels of knowledge and skills
  • Understand key business drivers and use this understanding to complete work
  • Understand how own team's work integrates with other teams and contributes to the field
  • Exercise some autonomy to make decisions within defined frameworks
  • Resolve issues encountered in prescribed procedures with good business knowledge and judgment
  • Consult more senior team members for issues outside defined instructions/parameters
  • Convey provided design and coordination services to directly related colleagues and business units
  • For customer-facing roles: Build strong customer relationships and act as the interface between customers and GE HealthCare
  • Present technical information to others
  • Execute standard sales tasks, win business, and rearrange task sequences based on changing work situations
  • Responsible for targeted clients, stable regions, and/or small/medium sales territories
