Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, electrical engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 5 years of project management and related experience
  • Proven ability to solve problems creatively
  • Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

  • Provide the project lifecycle development process from project kickoff to production release
  • Manage multiple complex programs that support the development of new board-level graphics card products
  • Coordinate project activities; assign tasks and provide mentorship to specific functions of the project
  • Lead project execution meetings, weekly communications, and coordinate peers and operations with specified objectives; conduct project review and create detailed reports for execution teams, and call out to management as needed
  • Develop a comprehensive project schedule, ensure key deliverables align to BU key achievements for the TTM launch
  • Work with design/validation and cross-function teams to ensure quality assurance activities; coordinate global resources and give direction and support to project teams
  • Identify threats impact to projects, tackle day-to-day project problems and provide mitigation strategies quickly
  • Lead changes, develop a revised project scope when project POR changed, monitor and track progress to minimize project risk
  • Key participant in after-action review activities, discuss and drive process changes as needed, implement lesson learned at the end of each project
  • Provide a continuous review of validation sample forecast, and monitor sample delivery to internal and external
