Responsibilities

  • Representar o cliente e o negócio junto aos times de tecnologia e design
  • Planejar e priorizar demandas de acordo com o valor gerado e os resultados esperados
  • Participar das cerimônias ágeis, conduzindo discussões de priorização e definição de escopo
  • Acompanhar indicadores de desempenho, uso e performance do produto
  • Atuar de forma integrada com as demais squads e áreas do banco, garantindo coerência entre jornadas e produtos
  • Garantir que o produto evolua com base em dados, necessidades dos clientes e objetivos do negócio
  • Priorizar o backlog, definir a visão e o roadmap do produto
