Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product ownership, program management, or operations, ideally in a membership, SaaS, or training organization
  • Proven ability to manage vendors, platforms, and technical implementations
  • Strong analytical and data management skills; proficient in Excel and comfortable with reporting tools and data visualization
  • Experience managing cross-functional data across membership, training, and financial systems
  • Familiarity with CRMs, member management platforms, and marketing automation tools (HubSpot experience a plus)
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
  • Ability to lead projects from strategy through execution, balancing detail orientation with big-picture vision

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of ILHM’s products, systems, and member experience — from concept and design through execution and measurement
  • Serve as the product owner for Dialogs, leading system enhancements, requirements definition, testing, and implementation in collaboration with external vendors
  • Oversee ILHM’s Member Benefits and Partnership programs, managing partner selection, onboarding, contracts, performance tracking, and renewals
  • Develop and maintain data infrastructure and reporting across membership, training, and financial systems
  • Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and alignment across platforms including Dialogs, HubSpot, and internal spreadsheets
  • Build and deliver dashboards and reports to inform business decisions — including member retention, course enrollments, revenue trends, and partner performance
  • Partner with Operations and Marketing to automate communications and workflows, improving member renewal and learner engagement
  • Translate business goals into system requirements and project plans, prioritizing initiatives for maximum impact
  • Manage the technical product enhancement and member partner budgets
  • Maintain documentation and best practices for systems, processes, and reporting standards
  • Lead continuous improvement efforts across systems and business processes
